Perry Hall Family Worship Center celebrated its first Sunday Service on July 15, 2001. PHFWC has been affiliated with Dove Christian Fellowship International since its inception. DOVE, who is located in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, has planted over 80 churches around the world. DOVE is an international family, together proclaiming the name of Jesus with a vision to reach the world; committed to plant and nurture cell based churches and ministries worldwide.

The Life Group, Cell Group, is a small unit of an organization. Many cells make up the human body. We use this term to describe the small groups (cells) that make up the body of Christ (church). The Life Group, is a small group that meets weekly, usually in homes. The Life Group is the place where people are evangelized, nurtured, equipped to serve, and where members build up, or edify one another through fellowship. As a Life Group grows, it multiplies into two (2) small groups, and grows again and so on. All of the Life Groups come together as a church for the Sunday Service (celebration) to experience God in worship and receive teaching from His Word.
